School Counselor Opportunity – Memorial Drive Elementary (Spring Branch ISD)

As the principal of Memorial Drive Elementary (MDE), I am seeking an experienced, compassionate, and student-centered Certified School Counselor to become a valued member of our school family.

MDE is a small, A-rated public elementary school located in the Memorial Villages. Our counselor plays a vital role in the life of our campus—building meaningful relationships with students, providing individual and small-group support, leading engaging classroom guidance lessons, and coordinating our Gifted and Talented services.

This position offers a salary range of $70,000–$100,000, based on years of experience. More importantly, it offers the chance to work alongside a collaborative and dedicated staff, with exceptional parent support and a community that deeply values public education.

Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Guidance Counseling and a valid Texas School Counselor Certificate.
